- Made-to-measure session — a specialist takes 20+ measurements so your suit is built to your body, not a size chart.
- See your mock-up — our designer renders your concept for approval, and may suggest alternate designs on your theme.
- Approve & order — lock in your design and measurements, make your initial payment, and production begins.
- Built by hand (about 6–8 weeks) — crafted to your exact specifications.
- Final QC in Texas — every finished suit is inspected at our Texas facility before it ships.
- Delivered — your final payment is due when the suit arrives in the U.S., then it ships straight to you.

AGVSPORT Ascari-R custom race suit — from $1,699 (plus applicable taxes, tariffs, and duties). Includes basic logos and customization; extensive graphic-design work may require an additional fee. Shipping, tariffs, and duties are charged at actual landed cost on arrival — never padded.

- Air-vest ready — zippers and attachment points for the Alpinestars Tech-Air 7 built in.

AGVSPORT is based in Texas, and every custom race suit is inspected and quality-checked at our Texas facility before it ships to you. Whether you race with the CMRA, run track days at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, or ride with clubs and schools around Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, we’ll build a suit measured to your body and styled to your design. Cowhide or kangaroo leather — which should I choose?
Our standard 1.2–1.4 mm cowhide delivers race-grade abrasion resistance. Kangaroo (about 1.0 mm) is thinner yet exceptionally strong, giving you a lighter suit for a $400 upgrade.
