Choose your layout and colors in the AGVSPORT Suit Designer — exactly how you want them.

MEASURE
A specialist takes 20+ measurements, accounting for your base layers and airbag or back protector.

MOCK-UP
Our designer renders your concept for approval — and may suggest alternates on your theme.

APPROVE
Lock in your design and measurements, make your initial payment, and production begins.
05
BUILD
Hand-built to your exact specification. Typical build time is about 6–8 weeks.
06
TEXAS QC
Every finished custom suit is inspected at the AGVSPORT Texas facility before shipment.
07
DELIVERED
Final payment is due when your suit lands in the U.S. — then it ships straight to you.
03 / RACE-GRADE SPECIFICATION
LEATHER

1.2–1.4 mm premium cowhide for race-grade abrasion resistance. Kangaroo upgrade (+$400): about 1.0 mm yet exceptionally strong, for a noticeably lighter suit.

PROTECTION

CE Level 2 armor — the highest impact-protection rating — at every key impact zone, with exterior metal protectors available.

AIRBAG READY

Zippers and attachment points for the Alpinestars Tech-Air 7 built in. Other systems can be accommodated subject to fit requirements.

CUSTOM

Colors and logos included in Ascari-R pricing. Normal artwork is included; extensive graphic-design work may carry an added fee.
