Return Policy
At AGVSPORT, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make on our website. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
2. Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@agvsportgear.com within the specified return timeframe.
- Provide your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
4. Shipping Your Return
After receiving your RA number, please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your order number and RA number.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of the item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized items
- Items clearly worn or damaged
