To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at info@agvsportgear.com to request a return label, in the email please include your order number that is provided on the packing slip. 

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of the item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Items marked as final sale
• Personalized or customized items
• Items clearly worn or damaged
